1. Cancellation fees will be calculated based on the reserved food and beverages, applying the applicable rates shown in the following table.

≪15 to 20 people≫

Cancellation on the day or no-show → 100% Cancellation the day before → 80% Cancellation two days before → 50% Cancellation three days before → 50% Cancellation seven days or more before → 30% Cancellation fourteen days or more before → 20%

≪For groups of 21 to 40 people≫

Cancellation on the day or no-show → 100% The day before → 80% 2 days before → 60% 3 days before → 50% 7 days or more before → 50% 14 days or more before → 50% 20 days or more before → 50% 45 days or more before → 30%

≪For 41 to 60 people≫

Cancellation on the day or no-show → 100% The day before → 80% 2 days before → 70% 3 days before → 60% 7 days or more before → 50% 14 days or more before → 50% 20 days or more before → 50% 45 days or more before → 30%

≪61 to 80 people≫

■Partial cancellation

Cancellation 5 to 3 days before the reservation date: Free Cancellation 2 days to 1 day before the reservation date: Free Cancellation on the day of the reservation: 100% of the food cost

≪More than 20% of the number of people in your reservation≫

Cancellation policy: 5 to 3 days prior to reservation date → Free; 2 days to 1 day prior to reservation date → 20% of the food cost; On the day of reservation → 100% of the food cost

*However, cancellation fees will not apply for reductions of up to 5 people up to the day before the event.

2. Cancellation fees will be charged by the customer in full, based on the store's invoice.

3. No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations in the following cases:

(1) Natural disasters, disruption of transportation services (including strikes), and other force majeure events.

4. If you do not show up within 15 minutes without prior notice, your reservation may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
